Regarding glasses exchanges, we would like to inform you that they can be made within ten (10) business days and with the purchase receipt. You can return the glasses to us, and we will send you the new glasses you wish to receive. In this case, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new order.
If you reside in Athens, you may choose to make the exchange at one of our stores without incurring any shipping fees. In this case, prior communication with us is required so that if the item you want is not immediately available at the store of your choice, it can be sent from our headquarters and you will be notified when the new item is ready for pickup.
If an error occurs on our part with your order, the shipping and return costs will be fully covered by our store. However, if you do not wish to keep the glasses you ordered for personal reasons (wrong size selection or glasses that do not suit your preferences in terms of color, fit, etc.), both the initial shipping costs and return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. In this case, we will contact you for a bank account number where the amount corresponding to the value of the glasses will be deposited.
Please note that for your convenience, this process of returning glasses and refunding the amount can also be completed at one of our stores without the aforementioned shipping costs, provided you return the glasses to the store of your choice (in all cases, the glasses must be returned in the same excellent condition as received, without any damage, scratches, etc.).
IMPORTANT: Exchanges of glasses purchased from our physical stores will not be accepted,and vice versa.
